High speed box packing machine is a mechanical and electrical integration equipment developed by our company with advanced technology. It consists of feeding – folding of instructions – unrolling of medicine boxes – placing of drugs and instructions into boxes – marking of paper boxes – sealing of medicine boxes – output of finished products, etc. It adopts automatic control of machine, electricity, light and gas integration to realize automatic production of medicine packaging. Advanced detection means are adopted in each operation. Unqualified products are automatically eliminated to ensure the qualified rate of finished products, and the packaging production process is fully in line with GMP standards.

3.The stable running speed of the box packing machine must match the stable production speed of the whole line. The maximum stable operating speed of the box packing machine is 300 boxes/min.
4.Adapt to the product feed and box. The supplier shall design a reasonable carton and specification size according to the product size.
5.Equipped with the corresponding specifications, the box loading machine (including feeding mechanism) can be adapted to feed and box all specifications of products produced online.
6. Stable and reliable connection with front-end equipment, to achieve mechanical and control online. Configure the product dump (overflow) function and ensure that the dump (overflow) product is not damaged.
